Terms and conditions

• Upon registering with Advance English Igualadaby completing our form, the student agrees with our terms and conditions.

• A onnce per academic year fee of €30 is charged to reserve your place in a group and cover costs for material to be supplied through the forthcoming academic course. 

• Each monthly fee shall be paid in advance by the 5th of each month.  This fee is fixed per month regardless of the number of class days within said month. Please consult our course calendar.

• In the case of a student missing a group class, said class cannot be recuperated, except in the case of private classes and in accordance with the teacher's availibility, to be agreed mutually.

• In the case of a teacher being unavailable for a scheduled class, said class will be recuperated in accordance with said teacher's availibility, to be agreed mutually. Failing this, the proportional fee will will be reimbursed.

• In the case of a student wishing to discontinue classes, a month's notice sent by email must be given. Failing to give one month's notice will meaan the following month after cancellation being charged as per agreed and stated in the registration form.
